Did you know that more that 60% of applications refused at application stage are awarded at Tribunal? For for me personally my success rates are nearly 100%. I believe that this is because I bring my heart to every case I work on & also because I give an honest assessment of the case & I do not take forwards a Tribunal I do not think will be successful The Appeal & Tribunal process usually take a year & during this time you have access to my advice, guidance & emotional support as we follow the legal processes involved. Before Appeal at Tribunal level a Mandatory Reconsideration must be registered with the DWP. I support with ensuring the Mandatory Reconsideration is submitted & if the Appeal is successful at this stage costs are reduced to £50. The DWP is not generally minded to change its assessment at this stage & the next stage is to register the appeal with the Tribunal Service (HMCTS). Once the Appeal has been registered all case papers are issued so we can explore the reasons for the DWP rejection of the claim. We will work together to gather evidence to challenge their decision & my support involves a detailed assessment of all tribunal evidence & preparing & writing the case papers for presentation in court. This is generally a year long period of support with regular meetings & review/editing of the case papers before submission to court. I charge £250 for this Tribunal service but if I have supported you with the DLA/PIP form I deduct the cost of that initial from this fee.
