I find it galling that complexity of the world of benefits is a minefield that too often excludes families from accessing support & its my particular passion to ensure that families of children with disabilities & additional needs are able to access all the support they need.

Families I help tell me that I seem to instinctively understand them & the support they need & 

I think the key to my success is that I bring not just my knowledge but my heart to the struggle for each family I work with.
