Welcome to the healing space of Embody Loving You. I'm so glad you are here.
I've been told my support is like a warm wordy hug & for a woman grounded in the love languages of Words of Affirmation & Physical Touch that just lights up my soul. I'm a holistic therapist & mindset coach & my range of creative therapies & crafts seek to bring balance to mind, body & soul & when it comes to your healing it would be my privilege to walk alongside you.
So often we find we have grown into our current ourselves without even noticing all the subtle & sometimes brutal ways histories & the stories we have inherited around who we are & what we can achieve have been informing our every action. But we all deserve to live our lives & to act from an informed space – the space where we truly know, embrace & accept ourselves.
I love the idea of Kintsukuroi, the Japanese art of golden repair or ‘joining with gold’. This intention inspires my coaching - a passionate desire to get curious about the origins of what we perceive to be our flaws, our fragility & the vulnerabilities that lie within us so we can step into the space of loving ourselves in the full glory of our beautiful imperfection, embracing the art of joining ourselves with gold & taking pride in the ways that the resilience of our repair is a beautiful part of our history.
My desire is that you find within yourself a deep well of protective & expansive love that is grounded in self-compassion & self-understanding.
